WHY DO I HAVE TO PAY A DIAGNOSTIC FEE?

We only charge a Diagnostic Fee if we can not immediately identify the problem with your device. But don't worry! If we are able to determine the cause of the problem and can perform the necessary repair, the cost of the Diagnostic Fee will be deducted from the cost of the overall repair.

DO YOU BUY OR SELL USED DEVICES?

We do not purchase or sell used devices.

WILL MY DIAGNOSTIC FEE BE REFUNDED IF NO SOLUTION IS FOUND?

Unfortunately, we can not provide refunds for Diagnostic Fees. The fee covers the cost of the time spent by our technicians while diagnosing your device, regardless of whether or not a solution is found.

CAN I SCHEDULE A REPAIR IN ADVANCE?

Yes! Repairs can be scheduled either by calling our store phone number or filling out an Appointment Request right here.

HOW LONG WILL MY REPAIR TAKE TO COMPLETE?

Repair times vary based on the device being repaired and the type of repair being performed. Easy repairs may take only 20 minutes, while difficult repairs can take up to 2 hours. Feel free to contact us directly for a more accurate time estimate.

WHAT ARE THE QUALITY OF YOUR REPAIRS?

All parts are non-OEM components unless specified otherwise. Customers receive standard quality replacement parts for all devices, though higher quality parts may be available. We prioritize exceptional repair service, so we try to focus on providing a consistent quality of repair parts to ensure your satisfaction.
