WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN STANDARD AND PREMIUM SCREEN REPAIRS?

We currently offer two types of screen repairs for iPhones and select Samsung devices: Standard and Premium.

 

Standard screen replacements use LCD displays which makes them more cost effective to produce. The quality of these screens may differ slightly from the original manufacturer hardware. You may see differences in color saturation or viewing angles with these screens. These screens come with a 30-day Defective Warranty.

Premium screen replacements use OLED displays (for applicable models) or comparable HD displays that perform as close to the original hardware as possible. These screens present more accurate colors, have wider viewing angles and have greater impact resilience. In addition, each repair includes a free glass screen protectorThese screens come with a 1-year Defective Warranty.

No matter which screen replacement you choose, we guarantee that you will be satisfied with the results of your repair!

WHY DO I HAVE TO PAY A DIAGNOSTIC FEE?
 

We only charge a Diagnostic Fee if we can not immediately identify the problem with your device. But don't worry! If we are able to determine the cause of the problem and can perform the necessary repair, the cost of the Diagnostic Fee will be deducted from the cost of the overall repair.

WHAT IS COVERED UNDER THE "DEFECTIVE WARRANTY"?

Our Defective Warranty you in the event that your replacement part is not working as intended. If the device is within the warranty period, it will be eligible for a new replacement free of charge. This warranty does not apply to all devices and is voided if the replacement part is physically damaged in any way before the warranty is claimed in-store.

WILL MY DIAGNOSTIC FEE BE REFUNDED IF NO SOLUTION IS FOUND?

Unfortunately, we can not provide refunds for Diagnostic Fees. The fee covers the cost of the time spent by our technicians while diagnosing your device, regardless of whether or not a solution is found.

CAN I SCHEDULE A REPAIR IN ADVANCE?

Yes! Repairs can be scheduled either by calling our store phone number or filling out an Appointment Request right here.

HOW LONG WILL MY REPAIR TAKE TO COMPLETE?

Repair times vary based on the device being repaired and the type of repair being performed. Most repairs may take only 20 minutes to one hour, while advanced repairs can take up to 2 hours. Feel free to contact us directly for a more accurate time estimate.

WHAT TYPES OF REPLACEMENTS PARTS ARE BEING USED?

Most parts used are non-OEM components unless specified otherwise. OEM parts may also be available upon request or through upgrading to Premium repairs. Otherwise, customers receive standard quality replacement parts for all devices. We prioritize exceptional repair service, which can only be provided through the use of quality replacement parts,

to ensure your satisfaction.
